What we collect

When you send a request, we collect your name, email and phone number. If you choose to answer them, we also collect your website, company, job title, why you want a bot, what it should help with, what your website is built with, the best time to meet, and anything else you add.

Why we collect it

We use it only to contact you about your request, set up a meeting and send you a quote.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. Your request is stored with our website host, Cloudflare, so we can see it.

The chat box

Angel Bot on our home page is an AI assistant. What you type into it is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, so it can write a reply. We don’t save your chat messages. To stop the chat from being overused, we keep a daily count of messages linked to a scrambled version of your internet address, and we delete those counts after about a week. Please don’t type private details into the chat.

You can ask us to see, change or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@tryangelbots.com.
